Nine years of KOAR! Our annual Keweenaw Overland Adventure Retreat brought another fantastic group of adventurers together in Copper Harbor this September for a weekend of exploring, learning, and enjoying everything Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula has to offer.
From rugged trails and scenic overlooks to seaplane tours, historic mine visits, MotoKOAR adventures, and thimbleberry donuts, there was no shortage of ways to experience the peninsula. Back at camp, Vendor Village, the Maker’s Outpost, educational clinics, the Adventure Passport, and evening gatherings kept everyone busy.
