Ok, so this may sound weird, but we don’t like camping in the summer. You know when the kids get out of school, the sun heats up, the humidity thickens and the bugs are everywhere? Yeah, we are not really a fan. We are getting a bit giddy now that the days are getting shorter and the air is crisping up… light that fire, we got some fall camping plans to get to!

KOAR
The official start of Camping Season for us is our Keweenaw Overland Adventure Retreat (KOAR.) We just got back from the 2023 KOAR and had a blast! Nothing like gathering with a couple hundred overland enthusiasts in the coolest town in the U.P. Thanks, Copper Harbor, partners, vendors, volunteers and attendees! We had so much fun and can’t wait to do this again next year! Stay informed with our KOAR blog!

JEEP CAMP

Head on down to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky with us for Overland the Red. There is rustic camping, trail rides, family hikes and adventure activities and a huge raffle on Saturday night to benefit the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway. Learn more here.
